Delivery Terms

Shipping, Processing & Delivery Time

We ship from countries all around the world to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. Processing time can take up to 3 days unless priority processing is selected. Factors such as delayed logistics, Covid restrictions, Postal strike action and customs clearings may have an impact on the shipping time.

UK Express Shipping 

Generally, takes 5-8 business days, depending on your location. Factoring in processing and shipping times, delivery time can take up to 15 business days.

UK Standard Shipping

Generally, takes 10-15 business days, depending on your location and logistics.

US Standard Shipping

Generally, takes 10-18 business days, depending on your location. Factoring in processing and shipping times, delivery time can take up to 25 business days.

Canada Standard Shipping

Generally takes 7-10 days business days, depending on your location. Factoring in processing and shipping times, delivery time can take up to 17 business days.

Australia Standard Shipping 

Generally takes 7-10 business days, depending on your location. Factoring in processing and shipping times, delivery time can take up to 17 business days.

International Standard Shipping

Generally takes 10-25 business days, depending on your location. Processing time can take up to 3 days unless priority processing is selected. Factoring in processing and shipping times, delivery time can take up to 28 business days. 

Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days of payment of the order. Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Change Of Delivery Address

For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.

Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider. You can check for regular updates using our Tracking service within our “track your order” page.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid, without any additional fees to be paid by the customer upon arrival in the destination country already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Process for parcel damaged in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

RETURN & REFUNDS POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 30 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Can I Exchange, I Have The Wrong Size ?

If you can first contact us below, we can discuss the return and upon approval we will supply you a return address to return your purchase. Once received we can go ahead with an exchange or refund as requested.

I Ordered More Then One Product But Only One Has Arrived ?

In order to give you the best possible range of products we use multiple suppliers to achieve this so sometimes items may be processed and shipped at separate times but will all be with their own tracking information.
